Senior Talent Development Specialist – Early Talent and Campus Recruitment Programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience, including direct campus and internship recruitment.
- 2-4 years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing high volume internal employee development programs, early careers/internship program strongly preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and college recruitment platforms, Taleo and Handshake preferred
- Experience with delivering and analyzing program KPIs to internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in office full-time based in Arlington, TX.
- Independent Travel: Up to 25% during peak seasonal campus visits with additional off cycle events as needed.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume internship and early-career hiring pipelines
- Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes
- Proven ability to lead business meetings and provide guidance on hiring decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage seasonal workload fluctuations aligned with university recruiting cycles
