Education and/or Experience
- Three to five years of related experience required; prior experience in a corporate HR department or the construction or mortgage industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
- Experience with Payscale/Payfactors, CompAnalyst, or other compensation tools preferred
- Prior involvement in a Job Architecture project preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to balance competing deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Understand Internal Audit requirement with regards to compensation changes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to focus under pressure and comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
