D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a
Permit Coordinator for their Main Office Department.  The right candidate will coordinate obtaining permits and submittals as well as perform any needed administrative duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of individual lot Building Permits
  • Coordinate all permit submittals
  • Plan preparation
  • Facilitate communication with architects
  • Support the department with administrative duties             

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
