D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Architect for their Operations Department. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of single family and multi-family plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Researches, plans and designs building projects; applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials.

Consults internally to determine functional requirements of new deigns and prepare information regarding specifications, materials and construction time.

Drafting duties
Education and/or Experience

Fifth year college or university program certificate in Architecture
-
3 years related experience with a building firm or architecture firm

State Architects License Registration

AutoCAD r2005 minimum
