Sales Area Manager

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or four to six years related experience and/or training
• Active real estate license required
• Acquire Managing Broker’s license within 1 year

• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to multiple counties including but not limited to King County, Kittitas County, Snohomish County 

   

• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and email

• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.  Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision

   

• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions

• The noise level is generally moderate

Annual Salary $105,000 - $110,000 plus bonus potential!
