D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Paralegal for their Corporate Legal Department. The right candidate will support in-house counsel and handle certain issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Gather information needed to defend/pursue litigation

Respond to subpoenas and garnishments

Coordinate information collection between outside counsel and business units

Respond to insurance carrier requests

Assist in documenting and updating computer and paper files for pending claims and lawsuits

Assist with review of billing for defense of claims
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Paralegal certificate.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
