Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and two or more years of experience in online sales, lead management, inside sales, or customer service
- Proficiency with CRM systems, BombBomb, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
