D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Internet Sales/Marketing Specialist for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials and e-blasts to prospective clients and realtors
-
Divisional website maintenance.

Update divisional web-pages to ensure accurate and complete quick move-in homes, plans, pricing, elevations.

Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)

Maintain current plan and lot pricing; hard copies, internet and HSA
-
Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.

Research what other homebuilders in the market are doing regarding house plans and amenities so we remain competitive.

Manage daily updates of internet:
-
Ensure all web pages are current and accurate
-
Quick move-in homes, plans, pricing
-
Distribution of leads
-
Manage and order all signage, kiosks, bandits, banners, balloons, human billboards and etc.

Personally oversee locations, cost, etc.
-
Manage e-blasts and direct mail
-
Order miscellaneous supplies for models, realtor and buyer functions
-
Manage unmanned neighborhood specs in Builder 1440
-
Enter plans, selection of color packages, brick and trim
Education and/or Experience
-
Prefer Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher skills
