Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ years’ experience in planning and gathering business requirements specifically for sales and marketing
- 3+ years’ experience working within a digital marketing environment and various applications
- 3+ years’ experience working with the Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.)
- 3+ years’ experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting HTML
- 3+ years’ experience managing and supporting Content Management Systems, Email Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management systems
- Possess excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills to communicate effectively for training end users with varying levels of marketing and IT experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology from a four-year college or university preferred
