Digital Delivery Lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5–7 years of experience leading digital or software delivery, with 2+ years in Agile leadership or delivery management
- 3–5 years leading teams of scrum masters and deployment leads
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams or delivery streams concurrently
- Skilled in delivery metrics, reporting, and data-driven performance improvement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platform
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and create accountability in a matrixed environment
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with cloud, web, or mobile application delivery
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery focus under pressure
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
