Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Thorough understanding of project management and control
- Ability to communicate ideas and problem solutions
- Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
- Must be customer-service oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field from a four-year college or university is preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of systems design work experience or relevant financial services experience preferred
