Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Two to four years of experience in new home sales, real estate sales, or a related sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify performance trends
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership, mentoring, or senior sales role preferred
- Strong understanding of the homebuilding sales process, from prospecting through contract and closing
